On October 3, 2026, SRISO brought families, friends, and neighbors together at Liberty Station for an amazing Discover Ukraine celebration. It was a beautiful opportunity to share Ukrainian culture, strengthen connections, and celebrate the community we are building together in San Diego.
For families rebuilding their lives far from home, gathering as a community carries a special meaning. Discover Ukraine offered a space to reconnect, share traditions, and create new memories while welcoming the wider San Diego community to celebrate alongside us.
We are grateful to the volunteers, sponsors, community partners, participating businesses, and guests who made this event possible. Your generosity, time, and enthusiasm helped make the day so special.
Special Thanks to Tommy Kreation
A heartfelt thank-you to Tommy and his studio, Tommy Kreation, for sponsoring the event and capturing such beautiful photos and videos. Their creativity and care preserved the joy and connection of the day, giving our community wonderful memories to revisit and share.
