Vendor Requirements
What we ask of every vendor
Provide your own booth setup unless rental equipment is requested
Comply with all local, county, and state regulations
Maintain a clean and professional booth throughout the event
Remain open during festival operating hours
Obtain any required permits or licenses for food sales, if applicable
Carry any required insurance if requested by organizers
Vendor pricing varies based on category and booth requirements. Complete the vendor application and our team will follow up with pricing, availability, and next steps. Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-approved basis, so we encourage applying early.
